I can't understand why any Albion fan would put their hatred of Poyet ahead of their hatred of Palace, but each to their own.

I hope you are right because having watched that performance I can (sadly) see Bridcutt and Ulloa enhancing the Sunderland squad. OK it was a great win but they don't have many striking options and don't keep possession very well.

Ulloa will be priced at level whereby Sunderland can get better for their money elsewhere.

Good to see Palace on the bottom of the heap as well.

Very quiet from the Gus haters all of sudden great win there especially against the enemy

You need to get off our board - you are not a supporter---you haven't been here 5 minutes.
However----I miss Gus----------but he is still a #### for DITCHING US

I do get that however no one knows what really went on behind the scenes, as a ST holder I was very disappointed in the second play off leg last year as well

I hope they are 5th bottom at Christmas and then perhaps Gus wont cherry pick any of our players in January.

My logic is that if they are in the bottom 3 the chairman may reluctantly ease the purse strings to allow Gus to buy players if 5th from bottom h may so no stick with what you have rather than spend a couple of million on untried premiership players.

Whilst not a 'gus hater' I will be disappointed to see him succeed in the premiership bearing in mind he, as someone else alluded to, 'ditched' us. However, a Sunderland win today does not equate to long term success or survival and is indeed bearable in view of the consequence to Palace.

I'd like them both down. Palace is an easy trip and I'd like to do Sunderland.
