Oscar Garcia,
He is a swinger,
And if he ever,
Comes down my way(comes down my way)
I''ll stick my phallus,
Straight up his tapas,
Oh please don't take my Oscar away.

Why don't you just **** off

The group who started it off today gradually got more and more people singing it, to the point where it must have sounded half decent.

Then another group picked up on it to the right hand side, none of whom knew the words beyond one particular line, so there were numerous loud renditions of

"Oscar Garcia
He drinks sangria
He came from Barca
La la la la
La la la la la
La la la la la
So please don't take my Oscar away".

Was quite funny from where I was stood :)

This was brilliant. At first we only got to Sangria then everyone stopped till the last line. Then the next time round some of them caught on to "from Barca" then all stopped again. Then we couldn't get anymore so decided to carry on with la la la la la. I reckon that should be the song from now on.

Agree with that, it should be "make us play", or something better than that.

Yes yes yes. This should def be the new line be. I do wish people would think a bit more when working out these songs (fair play for trying etc etc )

So are we going to add this line in and make some tweets here nsc????!

Edit - what about changing it to:

He came from Barca
In sunny Spain

That would work better with the away at the end.

Oscar Garcia
He drinks sangria
He came from Barca,
from sunny Spain,
He's 5 foot seven,
He's football heven,
So please dont take our oscar away

I could only sing this for most the first half, took me ages to figure out the rest...
Oscar Garcia

He came from Barca
La la la la
La la la la la
Like Barney Rubble
So please don't take my Oscar away.

Yep that makes it sound a lot smoother...

I rekon this is the way to get the producer involved when he regains conciousness.

I am still trying to work out the tune. You are my sunshine? Don't think I will be able to sleep tonight if I don't know!

Didn't hear that one on the radio today but Go Left sounded THUNDEROUS, good effort to all those in attendance

Was it shit though or did it sound good. Personally sounds a decent attempt. Heard a lot worse

I got bored listening to it, how many times did someone start it up? Often petered out and sounded like a sonnet with the last 12 lines missing. However, a marked improvement on the nine songs about Palace in the first 35 minutes that St Andrews was treated to a few weeks back.

Ha ha!! It was just a light-hearted joke about my love for Oscar. Your fake outrage and abuse is much funnier than my poor song attempt though.:lolol:

It was probably shit anyway.

In the context of 1800 Brighton fans enjoying a good performance at Reading and probably 500 of those singing a song that shows our passion for the Albion and support for the manager, your comment shows you up as being not only churlish but a pityingly sad little scrote.
