You simply haven't got a clue, calling for a managers head after 3 games? Ludicrous:

I admire your optimism, but Gus was a very special manager - expecting Oscar to be as good is not only unrealistic, but it puts unfair pressure on him to do as well as Gus did.

Lol special in what way. Personally he under achieved last year and football was to negative. We missed promotion by 4 points. He had 1 plan and 1 only and managers with tactical intelligence knew how to play us and took points off us relativity easily at times.
He could be much better than Gus. There is nothing unrealistic about that at all. Gus was given time to mould his team and Oscar should be given the same. We had 6 players out today and the squad is 4-5 players lighter that Gus's squad was last year. I think if he is given the time and the resources Gus had we will play a better brand of football and pick up more points

Sacking Poyet is starting to look a very stupid decision.

Replacing him with somebody who has no experience of English football is looking an even bigger mistake.

We're going to get relegated!

Oh well we belong in league one anyway..

Tony please bring our Gus back.
This OG hasn't a clue. Masimenko is useless, takes off Barnes when losing, 5 games on the trot without a win.

It's monkey world! Sometimes I wonder if some people's brains ever recall any previous football match or season or show any kind of relativity. Unfortunately they know how to work a keyboard.

Much rewriting of history here. When we scored a goal, we never lost a game last season because we knew how to defend. Ten games without a win but many of those games were draws. I bet Oscar would have given his eye teeth for a draw today. Gus won his first game 3-1 against Southampton and got us out of the relegation zone within 4 games, so he didn't have to be 'given time'

Oscar has got a lot to sort out, so I hope he can.

Hang your head, bloody shameful bottler. The seasons a week old and you have decided the new manager isn't up to it. Okay it's not exactly the best of starts, and we are (by virtue of only losing our games by one goal) 19th in the table. But we will be some way higher than that at the meaningful end of the season. But frankly I'd sooner support a less successful but honest manager any day than one who puts himself before his club, with a show of unbelievable disloyalty. We might have hit the ceiling but in my opinion Gus belongs on the floor. :albion2:

As soon as the defence is sorted, we'll be alright. Ulloa still banging goals in up front too. A season of transition/evolution is fine.

Is he? He never looked like scoring today. Hardly rampant. One of our top 3 best players but the team has no shape. 4-3-3 isn't the default answer to every game and shot on sight only works if the players have the ability. Don't get me wrong there are massive over reactions all over the place and Oscar needs time but it doesn't look good so far

Poyet was a good manager but a tosser so good riddance!

Oscar has a hard job, he has little managerial experience and zero knowledge of the English leagues. We have replaced the coaching team and appointed Nathan Jones as the number two!

He is going to need to get things right pretty quickly or we will be in for a very hard season and if that is the case he wont be here at Christmas.

He's a good coach but is he a good manager in the championship? Time will tell but how much time will he be afforded?

FFS give Oscar a chance. If the refs hadn't cocked up in all 3 games we would be doing OK. Ridiculous to turn on Oscar already.
