There you go - thinking like Poyet. The CEO is above the football manager, or at least should be.

team gets the points and bring the money in depending on how they play
CEO manager
Poyet Barber..........................................................................................boom

If I had the choice – Martin O’Neill. Barring his last half season at Sunderland, he has been a success everywhere he was gone and wasn’t far off getting Champions League football to Aston Villa. That said, he complained about the budget at Villa, god only knows what he would make of it here and I’m not sure I can cope with that every week after Poyet’s mutterings. I don't think he would come here anyway.

I’d be happy with Solskaer, Coyle, Curbishley, Enrique

Warnock is the one I really couldn’t cope with (Michael Brown first signing anyone?)

WTF are you on about?

A football club is a business. The CEO runs the business on a day-to-day basis, reporting to the Board. If the manager fails to perform, then they simply get replaced.

We did ok on the pitch during our first season at the AMEX. Remind me, how much money did we lose without a good CEO to maximise revenues and minimise outgoings, all the time delivering a quality service?

Harry Redknapp would be amazing. Wont happen though

The same Redknapp that constantly disrespects his chairman and flirts with other clubs / jobs ?

Ole Gunnar should be ready to step up and play some good ball. I am still attracted to the newer generation of up and coming managers making a larger name for themselves and slyly spreading their word and influence. I disapprove of Redknapp and his amoral ilk rather strongly.
