This song got me in trouble over the weekend.
After the 'Murray' line, some people I know add one of NSC's most banned words at the end of the line. Slightly drunk, in Lewes, noisy Indian restaurant full of Albion fans who were singing the song. In true Pavlovian style the bad word just popped out.
Personally, I think it adds something to the song...

No-one will be able to tell what you're singing anyway because it's too fast.
I can't make that scan. At best, it's clumsy, so how come loads are saying it's what they sing?
Surely "and we're not missing Murray anymore" scans better.
