BBC are playing it down and focussing on Wigan's win. And rightly so.

Absolutely no chance. In the 80's then maybe just maybe WHU could attempt a stunt like that, but in this day and age any West Ham piping up in the Millwall end today would be butchered.

Ooh, listen to you, you big Silverback you...........****.

Eye witness came on the radio and explained there were West Ham and Chelsea hooligans in the ground to have a go at Millwall. I am not surprised. I hope West Ham and Chelsea are made to play games behind closed doors and are both relegated. Of course the presenter was not interested and Millwall will take all of the blame. Nothing will happen to West Ham or Chelsea of course. They will throw the book at Millwall tho.

Wouldn't say that looked bad at all. Unless you've seen something ESPN didn't show?

The media will love it 'cos it's Millwall though.

When do you draw the line with clubs like Millwall and say enough is enough? I'd kick them out of cup tournaments and not allow their fans into any away grounds if I had my way.

Simple, prove it...... Oh that's right you can't. I think you may be correct, but stop whinging you Wall arse, if you get clobbered by the authorities then it will be far too late.

If reports are true that West Ham and Chelsea bought tickets in the Millwall end to cause trouble then it could explain why many involved are not wearing colours and seem to be fighting with some in colours. Whilst this is Millwall and I suppose if you are up for a ruck anything goes you wouldn't pick TV Wembley to do it would you?

Then again if you do want to get in to rivals fans ends Wembley is probably the easiest place to infiltrate and many of the Stewards there are fairly old and didn't want to get involved

Can I also remind Brighton fans of the rioting that Brighton have been involved in at places like Chesterfield, Palace, Brentford, and fighting last season at west ham and those Brighton fans in jail for the fighting against Spurs before a frienly or the leeds fans attacked in Brighton or the southend fans stabbed in our last away game down there. So its not just Millwall. If West ham or some other fans have gone to cause trouble then it will still be millwall who will get the blame.

Good. and why not blame them? Works for me!

When you say "prove it" then can I ask what standard of proof you require. The criminal or civil standard or another definition that you have? There is eye witness account to say West Ham and Chelsea had turned up for trouble. I can say that I know getting tickets was easy and I find it more probable that West Ham fans were fighting Millwall fans than Millwall fans had a mass brawl over a burger. It is of course your judgment and if you think the latter is more likely then we will have to agree to differ. If however it is found that West Hamn and Chelsea did turn up then do you agree they should be punished?

Millwall were responsible for selling their tickets so if they sold them in a way that made it easy for West Ham/Chelsea to get them then Millwall should still be punished.

The Met with batons drawn being battered back into the concourse. A flag thrown out them amongst other things? Plenty of bloody faces.

Not THAT bad though!

How bizarre, I am on way home from match & saw no trouble whatsoever, must have been in lower tier below me & my boy. I was there with work as a neutral but in with the Millwall, & I have to say that anyone could have bought tickets in Millwall end as they have been on general sale all week to all & sundry whereas you had to have a purchase history with Wigan to buy tickets through them. Better phone home to say I'm safe !!
