What is wrong with wanting to remove an element of 'support' that takes to the internet to issue threats of violence to players, staff and even players' families? It's almost as if ANY soundbite from Palace is jumped on by you lot of snivelling bitter little things until you can come up with some way of mocking or trying to improve the look of your small club.

What would you have the Albion board do when the staff are subjected to threats and viscous insults by some cowardly net dwellers? Get them to bring along some of their prem supporting mates to further fill your ground with other team's fans?

Waah. waah. :tantrum:

So what are we bitter about? You beat us and still you'll moan about us and everything that goes on at our club. Our attendances, our board, our players, our league position. Don't think I have seen such in depth discussions about these aspects of your club. We hated being beaten by you but soon enough we were looking ahead to finishing the job of promotion in order to not have to play you lot again and to put up with your whining about how great your attendances are and your business model and your owners - yet you still will want what we have. Murray, Premiership status and a successful academy.

Enjoy beating us the once and then concentrate on your own club. You are embarrassing yourselves.

If we didn't want Premier League status then we might as well give up - hardly a surprise is it? We are building a great academy, so that's sorted. As for Murray, well some can't forget him, but a lot have pretty much moved on now we have Leo, and I'm sure there will be more, better strikers arriving as time goes by.

As for concentrating on our own club, well the irony here is that you seem to have plenty to say about our club, and would you believe it? You are concentraiting on us, on our board.

Priceless :lolol: :lolol: :lolol:

You are mising the point. The Albion board members do not go on fans forums and twitter and therefore put themselves up for abuse because it is totally unprofessional.

Why the hell would any business chose to do that. So to therefore then gripe about the abuse that he and other staff get is ridiculous.

COmmenting on one of the many threads about Palace that I did not start. You Brighton fans are keen on the Priceless tagline huih - you realise that's Mastercard not Amex don't you?

I just do get flummoxed by the vitiol you have against us. So much more than the football as rivalries should be. Down to the chairman's haircut and the stance he takes against the scum that threaten people online.

I'm all for the banter taking the piss after our capitulation against you and I don't really mind the constant references to the fact that you now get higher attendances than us - for nearly two full seasons too! But does it not feel a bit embarrassing to jump on every sound bite even when it is a non event?

Palace chariman vows to ban twitter trolls who visciously insult and threaten players, staff and players families. Oooh how dare he - what a joke of a man, Croydon is shit, Selhurst is falling down, he has silly hair... I mean really?

An open forum where fans and the owners can communicate after the years of the likes of Jordan and Gooldberg where we were kept in the dark and lied to? I'd take our new owners approach I'm afraid. They know that the Palace owners have trust to earn amongst the supporters and going on forums and social networks builds that trust. You have trust in Bloom - great - he doesn't need to earn it from you. We've been screwed over and therefore do need trust to be earned back. They have done a great job so far, financial stability, relative playing success, a new feel and mindset about the place. Yes Selhurst is still a shed but one thing at a time.

They can afford to ban a few Jeremys from Smellhurst with all the money they're getting for Winifred.

its the fans that pay th wages.....if the narcissitic (sp) players shout out that they are on twitter they are asking for it imo.

sign of the times, and he has no right saying he will ban them - a certain way to piss off fans.

if palace lose their next game (who they playing anyone?) then i can see them freefalling.......hehe

How about this for some not so subtle pressure being applied to the Mods on BBS from one of the other Palace owners after a poster suggested that Parish was somehow trying to manipulate Palace fans on Twitter

34nji1y.jpg

Some BBS members didn't like that understandably but, Jesus wept, how pathetic was the response?

Wah wah wah......he called me horrible.....ban him. Unbelievable scenes.

Occasionally a lone, sane voice speaks up:

...but has been shot down in flames by the brown-noses on there. Whichever way you paint it that is pathetic, childish, puerile....Palace owners - the gift that keeps on giving.

Tin pot is the only way to describe that complete farce of a club. They really are the complete opposite of Tony Bloom - a man who knows how to run a club with professionalism and dignity and who's family are steeped in Albion history. We are so very lucky.

They aren't a farce though are they? They give us a run for our money frequently. We could just as easily be considered a farce. Not so long ago we were reduced to playing at a shitty athletics ground.

Listen to yourself FFS. You must be as much of a precious soft-cock as your chairman.

I'm not sure what you are getting at old boy.

Look, your Chairman, who has a history of arguing with your fans on Twitter, comes out and tells his own supporters they will be banned for arguing on Twitter. It's funny. Don't you see?

Yes that would be funny - however that isn't what he said so kinda ruins your joke huh.
