Phone up the ticket office.

I put my 2 tickets (adult and child, front row of the WSU) on the exchange this morning. I kept checking, using a third account, and they NEVER appeared online as available. Like you, I'd have assumed there was not a pair to be had.

At some point this afternoon they then showed as having been re-sold. So they either did appear online and sold within, literally, a minute or two, or they never appeared online and were sold via the ticket office. I'm pretty sure it was the latter.

Or alternatively reply to someone's pm offering the exact tickets wanted, in a prime location.

Not my ticket dear boy

Well whoever owns the ticket that is the only way it can be sold via the ticket exchange unless they ring up the ticket office tomorrow

I'd imagine that 2 seats at the front of the WSU would be snapped up pretty quickly.

I saw 2 on there earlier for the front row of W3G, could these have been your seats? If so, then they were on sale via the ticket website.

They were, yes - we're a bit North of central.

Maybe I was being a bit stupid, as I've literally never used the 'select yourself a seat' site thing before, but I'm pretty sure that my seats weren't showing up, and I looked at it a few times over a few hours, largely out of curiosity about how it all works.

If I did get that big wrong somehow, I do know that it took a good 4-5 hours from when I listed them to when the status changed to 're-sold'.

I think they were on sale on the official ticket website about 2 hours after you had posted on NSC (in a different thread) that you had added them to the ticket exchange.

Fair enough - maybe there were 2 delays at play...

- Delay between making them available to the exchange and when they appear online
- Delay between them being sold, and an account changing to 're-sold' status.

Thanks for the info, anyway!

I have a seat to sell and put it on the exchange at lunchtime. It is still showing as 'returned' (ie unsold) but at no stage has it appeared as available on the website!

Pretty annoyed about this, tbh. The only explanation I can think of is that they are setting aside some seats for phone callers only - either that, or they are very slow adding newly available seats to the stadium plan (or it's been sold but they just haven't processed it yet).

I put a ticket up for sale in the North Stand this morning, still not showing on website as available and not sold, surely all tickets should be available online as well as via the ticket office.

Seems to me all is not well with the new exchange.

Therefore, if someone wants an adult and under 18 ticket for the WSU tomorrow, for only £36 the pair pm me.:clap2:

Perhaps they give priority to STH's who put their tickets up for sale before the game sold out - any added today will only be made available once those are sold...?

I put mine up for sale today about 2pm and they're showing as gone. Can't see the credit, of course, but I'm hoping that it'll show up soon as I'm curious as to exactly how much I received for them.

Are they actually showing as 'resold'? My one says 'returned' (unsold) but not showing as available on the stadium plan.

I have 3 in WSU returned and not resold yet. (That's just a statement of fact officer)

Are they showing up as for sale on the stadium plan?

I wonder how many surpporters exchange tickets with there own friends on an unofficial basis. Better to have someone in the seat than have an empty seat.?
