All the threads I have read slating him , but surely if he stays fit for remainder of Season he will get us promoted ? He is like a 5 million pound signing in January window ??
So does it matter if he doesn't want to stay come the end of the season ??
Didn't hear Blackburn fans moan when Shearer , Sutton etc won the Premier league for them knowing they were it going to stay !
I for one can't wait to see him play and fingers crossed he plays a majority of the remaining games ...

If he stays fit AND we get a quality striker who can put away some chances....

I will stick to my original statement and say he will NEVER put a Brighton shirt on again in the Championship !
I truly hope i am wrong and rightly rinsed on here for it if I am but just cannot see it myself !!!

A very big IF, but the answer is clearly yes.

This is an important 100million gamble for Bloom as to whether to keep him until June.
I think he will.

I'd like to think we've not seen the end of him. He's just better than everyone else and everyone is excited when he gets the ball.

Even if we only get 6 games out of him and he makes the difference then he has contributed. No-one here knows the reasons behind his absence (injury or otherwise) so the best thing we can do is hope he returns fit and hungry and gives 100% when he does get on the pitch.

He certainly made a big difference in the last dozen games of last season, when he played. We were comfy top six before he got fit and came back in. Shoot me down in flames if you must, but those are the facts. If that's anything to go by, we could be in big trouble. That said, i'm with Phat Baz, I will believe it when I see it, something is bound to go wrong at the 11th hour, you can bet your bollocks on it.

No doubt about it he is a rare talent but even rarer in being fit to play, money has been wasted on him which could have been spent on signing a good striker to back up CMS.

He's back for the shop window which is the Newcastle game. He could well win it for us if he's in the mood.

I'll expect him to magically pick up another knock if we don't progress to the next round.

No, as we found out last season when we plummeted from the playoffs to mid table obscurity when he could be arsed to play for a string of 10 games.

So our form at the end of last season was down to just one player then? Interesting - I wasn't aware of that fact.

Laughable isn't it? While we're on the subject, Kuszczak out and Brez in! We've only won when we've had Brez in goal...

He's certainly the player, that won't stand for any 'holding midfielder', bollox.
Vicente will definitely be within 10 yards of CMS (or whoever) which can only be a good thing.
