These were in their 40's/50's, they should really have known better. It is people like them that results in 'controls' being placed on games.

If they were in thier 40s and 50s wearing football shirts of any kind, when not either playing football or watching it, they proberbly on a day out with their carriers.....and its not nice to be nasty to them!!

I am a Palace fan BTW.....but no one over 15 should ever pull a football shirt on unless playing or watching football (and that is a bit dodgy as well)

Hence why I said Brighton do it as well, it just seemed a little odd. During Football season I understand, but to come into Brighton decked in CPFC gear (shorts included) and shout chants in June is a little odd.

Can you imagine the conversation in a some Croydon dump pub about arranging this :

"yeah, right - let's go to the seaside, sunny innit"
"cor, we could wind those Albion arses right up if we wore colours"
"be a right larf won' it"
"lets take the mingers wiv us - give em a 'oliday, right"
etc.

CPFC twats - is that not an example of tautology?

I am that thick, I had to google tautology....its a word I will now use whenever I can, many thanks.x

Tautology (rhetoric), using different words to say the same thing, or a series of self-reinforcing statements that cannot be disproved because they depend on the assumption that they are already correct.

That's why I'm a regular visitor to NSC, you learn something new every day, thank you one and all.
