Oh dear. I am so hurt..............................and I thought you were going to add something to my enjoyment of this site like you promised. But there you go with insults again. Nearly 2000 posts on here between the three of you and not an honest one among them it seems.
I mean you are right up to a point. Away fans on here can and do enhance the board and they are greatly valued - even some Palace fans.................. just not you guys Nearly 2000 posts on a Brighton board. I'm almost surprised you have the temerity to call yourselves Palace supporters but then I have a suspicion that you're not. I would counter that with there's nothing new about fans being on their main rivals message boards. If you did visit bbs, and I'm sure you wouldn't, you will find your fellow Brighton fans with a hell of a lot more posts then i've amassed on here. Don't assume all Palace fans are scum, as you charmingly said earlier, I'm sure if you met some of us, you would love us !

Maybe the best thing about our woes in recent decades is that we have been able to become a family club while too many Palace seem to have remained in a 1980's time warp. Sadly it seems a fair few of our plastics and more than a few "sleepers" are of a similar mind. What we don't need is people winding each other up months ahead of time to see who can boast the biggest f***ing penis.
My version of banter? Give me humour. Give me wit. Or failing that give me half a braincell aimed in the general direction of a comment instead of mindless pap. Give me something interesting, quality not quantity FFS! And stop spreading like a virus across the whole bloody board

It seems that reading your posts, you don't like Palace fans on your message board, and you always seem to dig them out when they say something anti Brighton, whilst tending not to notice when the likes of easy 10, phillsussex,seagullovergrimsby and the rest post constant bollocks, aimed the other way ?

I used to agree with him but it has got out of hand to a level where it's just silly IMO. I come on here some days and feel like I'm the away fan.

You say you feel like an away fan, but it does not stand up to an objective analysis. The number of posts about the Albion, or just the general bollocks that gives this board a unique flavour, far outweigh Palace related threads.
The issue with Palace based threads is that everyone likes to pile in on them ,including the Palace fans (the good, the bad, but mainly the ugly), and as a consequence they tend to linger longer, like a silent but deadly fart in a lift.
Bozza's NSC motto is "NSC welcomes everyone", and that includes Palace fans. If they post abuse or are clearly trolling then report it.

There might be posts in the away end or on general chit chat, but try posting in the cpfc forum as an away fan and it's an instant ban.

I'm all for "everyone welcome". Away fans have, over the years, made a great contribution to making NSC the most eclectic, and in my view the best, general (with an occasional leaning towards football) chat board on the internet. And as I have said, once the season kicks off, a sense of normality will resume. Freedom (for anyone to post) mustn't be confused with anarchy though. It needs to be moderated (and that doesn't mean censored) to prevent it degenerating to a point where recovery to NSC at its best will be difficult to achieve.
NSC may not be just about Brighton but it does rely on Brighton fans to maintain its identity and cohesiveness. We all have different tolerances/different definitions of acceptable and of what constitutes abuse and trolling. Feeling like an away fan on occasion doesn't have to be justified by stats but by emotion. When all is said and done, and to continue your analogy, if you want to travel in the lift there is no avoiding the fart that someone else drops in there. You just hope the janitorial team have a sense of smell.........................
