I can understand golden hearted cockney 'arry redknapp wanting bayern to win , on a brighter note EP, i'm off to munich via karlsruhe on friday morning with 3 mates, car hire, flight, accomodation and match ticket all for £ 300 quid , and as one of the lads said , that just leaves more money for beer and brasses , not that i'll indulge of course !!Whatever next? We'll have 'patriotic Englishman' Harry Redknapp wanting the sausage eaters to beat Chelsea in the Champions League next.................................Oh.
Couldnt have put it better myself !!There are a lot of winners who accept their lot gracefully, are magmanimous in defeat and well liked and respected for it. He isn't one of those people.
Do leave off, this was quite a while after the final whistle, and he had enough presence of mind to be bitter , so I dont think his objectivity is in question, and for your guide , the world I live in is the same one that the likes of Bob Paisley, Sir Alf Ramsey, Roy Hodgson, Roberto Martinez also have or do live in , can you imagine some of them being so crassly petulant as to mention the length of injury time ?

What would you like the manager of BHAFC to say if we lost the league title to Crystal Palace in similar circumstances ?
bob paisley ?? sir alf ramsey ?? you really did start watching football after euro 96 didnt you .None of those are fit to lace Fergie's boots when it comes to winning trophies, and a less anti-Man Utd stance would recognise they did well to get to the last day with loads of injuries this season - when City were clearly the better squad and team.
Aren't you a Chelsea fan? That club invented the word 'graceless'.
'It doesn't matter, we played well against Liverpool and Leeds, and Southampton is the big one for me'.

In nine years compared to fergusons twenty six and 3 european cups when it was a knock out competition and a lot harder to win.............is what i was saying.
Can't make my mind up on whether or not Taggart was being graceless, but this part is bollocks. The Champions League is MILES harder to win now than when it was a knockout tournament. In case you hadn't noticed, the competition now features the best 3 or 4 teams from the best 5 or 6 leagues. You forget that old Euro ties were always a bit shit until the last 16 or even last 8.In nine years compared to fergusons twenty six and 3 european cups when it was a knock out competition and a lot harder to win.............is what i was saying.

Well we'll find out on saturday ! but when it was a knockout competition they were always two legs , so freak results were rare , i also think the winners could be described as true champions of europe , even if we win on saturday , i am not foolish enough to claim that chelsea are the best team in europe. Can't make my mind up on whether or not Taggart was being graceless, but this part is bollocks. Certainly not a bitter scouser, but we'll have to agree to disagree.Bushy, you're on a total loser with Paisley v Fergie.
Paisley was gifted an already strong Liverpool team, and did very well with it.
Fergie (and this is even ignoring achivements with St Mirren and Aberdeen - which you can't) inherited United in a total mess, almost more likely to to get relegated, and turned the place upside down and then kept it going for two decades and 12 league titles. It's not even worthy of comparison, unless you are a bitter Scouser for who Paisley not being knighted is one more sign that the entire world is against you.
