Intersport on church road next to los amigos are a family run, friendly and well stocked little shop. Got a racket ball racket from them, great advice.

John Newberry - County ground. Pro's use them and then put other bats stickers on them for the advertising contracts. They will taylor the weight and balance to what you want as well

My sons play cricket and yes the Newbery shop at the County Ground does have a good range. Middle son has a Newbery bat which is very good but he's now coming up to the age where he will be playing with a proper cricket ball (up to a certain age they play with a softer ball) so he will need a more expensive bat. However, I'd agree with Lord B - pop over to Lewes and have a word with the Intersport people in The Cliffe. They've got a really good range and lots of people who play adult and junior cricket for local clubs shop there.
