You need a nice air conditioning system fitted in your home - mine keeps the temperature down, but also takes the humidity down.

Since spending 3 months in SE Asia my body seems to have adapted to heat and humidity so I'm not too uncomfortable anymore in this weather. I'd recommend you all go on a trip to somewhere with a higher humidity for a few months and then when you get back your'll be fine! No need for expensive air con or ceiling fans or even camping in the garden.

I got back last year so went through this last winter freezing my arse off! I prefer to feel cold though as you can always add more layers.
