I disagree, its unrealistic to expect someone born and bred in pakistan who moves here to support england at cricket, BUT THEIR KIDS SHOULD ! trouble is they dont, and we all know it.

Aren't we pedantic, it's on the other side of the Thames okay. However, we have had ghettos (or slums) in this country for centuries, it's not a new phenomenon.
It is seen as hard work, so people don't want to do it. Also 90% of the applicants are female, perhaps due to the fact that most blokes don't like wearing stockings and suspenders.

But thats the problem isn't it. The English go to Spain and form their communities. The Pakistanis come here and do the same etc. As I keep saying on the whole people are tribal.
Oh and I am a bit of a hypocrite because I still support the Albion instead of the Sky Blues.

I think there are other reasons. It was once a respected profession. Now like others it isn't because no one respects anyone anymore.

That's rubbish. I walk into a lecture theatre with 300 people in it and they all go quiet and listen. If they didn't respect me they would just carry on talking.
