Man City! Why can't the club start selling tickets now?

I suggest you post a letter to the ticket office, clearly labelled Man City Cup Tickets (Gold Member) on the outside, with your ST numbers, credit card details (or an open cheque) and an SAE. When you get home, they will be sitting on your doormat waiting for you. Simple.

Obviously that's what I'll do if it gets to the last minute, but the club have actually asked that we hold fire until they announce the arrangements. And it's not quite as simple, as I'm not a gold member, but a blue member.

I can't believe it'll be anything but postal applications, but nothing surprises me at the moment!

Following my early morning call from the ticket office on Saturday to tell me I couldn't sit in the seat my ticket was for, I am still awaiting the follow up call I was promised for Monday evening. I'm beginning to get a little hacked off at the difficulty we have trying to support our team.

Yes it would be a nightmare. But my suggestion allowed for that, in that people who may have a reason for one of the dates being awkward would have to wait until the date was finalised, but of course still retain the 'priority' status.

Anybody applying for a 'generic' ticket would commit themselves to either date.

Wouldn't work for everyone of course, but if a 1,000 or so applied it would ease the pressure!

....mmm.....generic tickets....Ken Brown.....yes it would be a nightmare.

Whats the hurry, still weeks left yet.

If the game had been played next week when it is supposed to we would have only had two weeks to sell them.

So don't understand the rush

RELAX!!

The club will sell the tickets when they are ready!!

If your a priority member (which most of the moaners seem to be) and you want to go then you WILL (more than likley) get a ticket, even if they only go on sale the same day as the match!!

I think people need to CHILLAX as there will be plenty of time to 'enjoy' looking at your man city cup ticket while it sits on the mantle piece!!

No one knows how the club will want people to apply for tickets (unless ive missed it) so you cant compare this game to other big games which were, as you say, away matches.

Im sure the club will sell tickets and everyone who really wants one will get one.

What people shouldnt do is wait for a week or so until they apply for tickets and then moan when they dont get one even though they go to 'loads of games a season'

If you look at the regulations carefully the club can't sell any tickets whilst Beach Hut is on holiday.
