And i thought we were supposed to be going forwards :thud:

Look what happened whe Alan Mullery came back NOTHING

Dean Wilkins has done a sterling job this season getting us to seventh considering all the COMPLETE SHIT we had happen to us over the season.

Wouldn't suprise me if Wilkins walked now. AND to be fair who could blame him

WHY FIX WHAT WASN'T BROKEN

As much as I have little time for Wendy, I can't see the logic in this decision.

What a shock.

Timing is VERY strange.

Will Dean take that do you think? He is unlikely to be offered a job other than youth team coach anywhere else.

Same here, hope it does not end in tears as Adams hardly has a good track record since leaving us.

Mixed emotions for me, feel sorry for Wilkins - he's done a great job this season.

On the other hand, Micky Adams is an Albion legend and imo the best manager we've had in my lifetime at least.

Just can't wait to hear the fallout from this news as I just can't understand Deano standing for it.

So we get a manager who in his first year kept us up and in his second year got to withing a sneeze of the playoffs.

Then Doctor Dick sacks him

How many more f***ing managers is this bloke going to have?

My ghast has never been so flabbered. What a very odd decision, and even odder timing.

Feel very sorry for Wilkins had to build two teams through no fault of his own and not done a bad job. Personally hope he turns down the role moves to a different club and shows DK what a good manager he is

Well, that is a complete shock. I think Wilkins has done a superb job this season and it will be interesting to see how he reacts to the re-appointment of Micky.

I guess we all missed the fact that it wasn't just the players whose contracts were up this summer.

I am of course delighted to see Micky Adams back, I just hope he can live up to the expectation that he will inevitably come under from us.
