But why has he had the invite? Traditionally and historically you only get one. I know Starmer has been sucking up to Trump but the State visit invite is issued by the King. What the marines and national guard need to do is put down their weapons en masse and leave the city of their own volition.

If news reports are to be believed, the vast majority of them are not happy with their deployment to use force against U.S. citizens.
