I did have all the premier league stadiums ticked off but now need Everton and Sunderland so they'll probably be my two big trips next season, then I'll probably do everything Midlands and below, maybe not Wolves because I don't like it. Neither of the Manchester's or Anfield do much for me and I've done Newcastle twice now so I'll probably sub in Sunderland instead. Oh and been to Burnley more times than I wanted to so I'll give that a swerve as well.

Will aim to do:
Leeds
Newcastle again (or Sunderland)
Everton
Liverpool again
Man C (lad's not been there)
Maybe ManU if they're still sh*t
Muff again if lucky with tickets
Maybe Arsenal (as I skipped it this season).
Forest

Avoiding
West Ham (swore never to go back after last year.. hate the place)
Burnley (never been / never will)

Yep

Everton journey was a breeze and a very pleasant day out all round.

Travelled up for Liverpool with hundreds of plastic scousers
Had to stand all the way back.

I fear it may be similar for the United trip next year, which I have been putting off, but feel I should do it this season.

Although I’m ok with United and Liverpool they’re lower in my list as historically the trains have been shit especially coming home. So if I do go I’ll probably drive and stay over.

For Anfield, we walk briskly after final whistle in a direct route to Lime Street Station, just 35 minutes and there before almost any other home/away supporters.

Part of the reason why I have always put off United
I've done United in the Prem twice and stayed up both times.

First time my mate drove, we had an incredibly messy night including everyone losing each other in the wee hours and me and my mate staying in a pub in Salford that had bullet holes in it. Second time was on the train with the boy before he was 18. Ticked off the National Football Museum and had a curry on the curry mile. Not so boozy.

Both were cracking weekends though and the train back from the last one, despite it being a Sunday wasn't too bad.

Any Midlands or Northern grounds in either September, October, November, April or May.
I've fallen in love with the North, and now tie in away games that I can get a ticket for with camping, walking and cycling get aways.

Sunderland is obviously top of my list as I've never been, but seems it's top of most people's list and so not likely to go to purchase history 😞

Pre-booked tickets last time and had allowed plenty of time to get back to the station.

Will remember that advice if I fancy doing it again - but as @Guinness Boy says, last time was not a great away end, with plenty of Liverpool mixed in amongst us.

Agree - but a good one to clock up 15 points (should be at least 20).
I don't get any of the dislike for Burnley as an away trip.
Feels like a proper football town, what with the Dyce and Kompany pubs near by, and the away friendly cricket club next door.

Perfect location too for staying in the area and exploring the surrounding countryside.

I'm going to miss Southampton. Miles better in the new away end IMO and a straightforward journey, if a busy one.

…. which would’ve been palatable but for Gakpo and Salah breaking hearts.

Long journey and a hateful/homophobic home crowd?

Same as the last few years as I try to build my points up from 0 since moving back to the UK, any away game I'm able to get tickets to in the Friday tier, as I'll sink back down to that one once the points get cut and resolved this summer. It's rough but what can you do. Is annoying that games considered undesirable like Everton are gonna get snapped up quickly which will hurt my slow and steady point accrual lol

Yeah, I get the politics, but the time I went I didn't experience either, so can only speak as I find.

A few years back when we went 2-1 up after trailing, we were positioned right next to the crowd split.

The abuse (lighters, bottles, verbal) was oddly quite stimulating.

Some fantastic grub in Blackburn where we stayed though.

Like others Sunderland & Everton for the new ground, all others done before. With Sky showing more games on TV next season can see plenty of mid week games, so lot of other away games will depend on TV schedules

Cantor’s often taken aback by the anger around him …. near the press box in the main stand. Middle aged blokes blowing a gasket about the queers diving and cheating.
