Villa's budget is a bit squeezed, not helped by them failing to reach the Champions League places. Unless he's prepared to take a huge pay cut to come home, I suspect that's not an option. Newcastle have been mooted but he's older than their usual age profile. I'd say Saudi, but you can't see Grealish or his WAG coping out there, can you?

listen to be fair, you would have to pay me five times my salary to get me to move back up north
Ah, another one of those for whom the north starts at Watford ................. or is it at Hayward's Heath? Wherever, it must be dreadful for you to have so much north looming too close to you!

USA it is then. He can run round in circles to his hearts content over there.

That's a great shout. I know they have salary caps but I'm sure there's a club somewhere out there with room in their budget for a marquee signing who would live the American dream to the max. Seeing as Messi has Miami tied up, you'd think Jack would fancy the lifestyle in New York or LA, right?

Columbus or Salt Lake....maybe less so

I still think Grealish has another big move in him at 28, before any MLS talk. He’ll want to prove a point to his doubters. A Premier League return seems unlikely unless he takes a pay cut for a Villa return. A move abroad more likely. perhaps to Bayern with Kane or Napoli alongside Gilmour and McTominay seems to make sense.

The thought of Grealish trying to speak a new language is glorious. Make it happen, football gods 🙏
