I can certainly believe that Palace have been playing with themselves for most of their existence.
Yes. I believe his shares in the scotch club will be 29%, under the 30% UEFA threshold.
However, if the Hearts board have any sense at all, they'll be taking a lot of advice from Tony on how to run a football club.

We need a Dullard to explain. 
I’m not so sure Uefa will dodge a decision if it’s a legitimate issue. Seems like a perfect opportunity to show the rules exist for a reason. Hard for them to slap down clubs like City and PSG with unlimited wealth to fund legal battles. Easier to make an example of a club like Palace. Interesting couple of weeks to come.

I really don't understand why a deadline of 1st March was set to sort out control issues of clubs in the same competition.
It's ridiculous to insist that setting up blind trusts, share sales etc have to take place before a club either qualify or know if there may be a conflict.
If a politician is appointed as a minister it is at that point external financial conflicts have to be sorted.
Still, "rules are rules", even if they are crazy ones.

Just wondering if it would be an option for palace to liquidate and the. Immediately become CPFC2025 with a new ownership structure while holding on to their premier and Europa league status?
The added bonus is they could not bother to pay local creditors.
