As a reminder, one of the links I posted previously was to a raffle of Danny Welbeck's 1st half shirt, penalty scoring shirt from wolves. It was still soaked in sweat when Buzz handed it over and it was all I could do to keep it away from my wife.

I walked from Shoreham Beach to the Amex again for the Liverpool game and plan on walking it a lot more next season. That's a short stroll compared to what you're doing over those three days. All the very best ... great cause.

The BBC are aware. Sadly football focus havent chosen it but BBC south east and local radio are due to cover Friday morning at the set off. Meridian are also scheduling.

There is a wonderful piece on the albion website today. Very much appreciated for their support.

Also Total Albion covered on their latest podcast ( thanks to Ryan Adsett).

But overall this is a huge thanks to the guys on here. Every message is being read and seeing the names and pseudonyms on the fundraising site is a boost to the morale.

So today is the day the fun starts.

The team will be setting off from the Amex at around 8am. They are due on BBC Radio Sussex at 7.50am and also have BBC South East filming and an en route check in with Sky Sports News
