No, it’s all about inclusivity and safeguarding 🙄
Not only that but a certain (modern) type of inclusivity.

The needs of different fans are naturally going to be different. Someone in their teens or 20s who goes home and away is going to have different priorities to an elderly female who goes to two or three games.

We’re seeing it to an extent with moving the away end and introducing safe standing. For years there were fans who said this was needed but it was felt they were a minority. Now we’re doing it at a time when a lot of fans have aged and cannot stand or are being moved from people they’ve been with for a lot of years.

The club had an opportunity to put some younger, noisier fans on FAB originally as well as those from other groups and didn’t. They don’t ultimately want it anyway. So it simply becomes a box ticking exercise.

Not a direct criticism of the club btw. They no doubt feel they’re doing a good job and are mostly keeping a diverse fan base very happy. But a group without real power that only really ever talks about diversity is not only a bit pointless but an easy target for the Trumps of this world.

Mitoma flag?
Is that what the point of FAB is? I mean, anyone could do that in fairness. Are they going to have a pivotal voice in the moving of away fans and coordination of the South Stand? This needs to be the 'singing section'. Not the half empty day tripper section.

Sally Freedman seems qualified, at least one of the others is soulless, irrelevant AI waffle.

Those not voting are amongst the loudest to complain its all a waste of time.
Presumably the same people who moan about the Government, but can't be ar$ed to vote.

Absolutely pathetic.

Let's hope enough people can be bothered, and pray that they are smart enough to vote to get Sally Freedman on board

I have voted before, but I don't even feel informed enough to vote this time.

Whoever gets selected: Please try to at least make yourself heard about the transport/traffic chaos before and after every single home game. I know there is a limitation what the club can do about it. That's my only concern as it really is something that makes the "matchday experience" significantly worse than it could/should be.

Who’s OBE? OBE 1 Kenobe?

That Baalam fella is on drugs if he thinks we have the best support in the PL. Thousands have decided to bin of the last couple of home games and the atmosphere is
still mostly dire.
I thought this. Made me laugh when I read his first line. Absolutely ridiculous.

Some of those personal statements make me roll me eyes. You are trying to appeal for fan votes not the board of some wanky Corporate company that would probably throw your CV straight in the bin.

Most fans aren't bothered about "Social Governance" "panels and committees" and trotting out DE and I rhetoric. Ask fans what their top 5 issues are and that lot doesn't come close.

As others have said. Not the AI bot and there is one obvious candidate.

I'm going to stand next time. I've already written my personal statement:

As a lifelong Albion devotee since the womb (Goldstone Ground, 1975, I kicked during GOSBTS), I bring two generations of vaguely impressed relatives, one kid, and two commemorative mugs to the table. My life’s purpose? To transform the Amex into a fortress of dreams and amazing pies - a utopia where the away end never gets the opportunity to accuse us of being a library and even the seagulls vaguely know half the words to a song about Minteh.

As a legacy customer of the club I offer unparalleled experience in customer synergy, football-adjacent synergy, multi-agency diversity synergy, and if needed normal synergy too. I've sat on more committees than chairs, nodded thoughtfully in meetings both real and imagined, and I once made eye contact with a steward when they spoke to me, and I listened.

Vote for me, and I will deliver sustainability, inclusion, atmospheric dominance and I'll ask for quick drying floors by the urinals in WSU because God knows they are needed. The fan experience will be so good that supporting the Albion won't just be about voting Fab in or out, it'll be like signing up to a new lifestyle brand.

In short: I’m not here to change the world. Just football. Forever. Democratically and with ESG in mind.

VOTE HAPPY EXILE.

We already have a singing section. Doesn't sing though.

1) lack of burgers in North shelf
2) lack of “guest” scran in north shelf
3) Retaining our best talent
4) Bottle Tops
5) Toilets (Terrace)

I think you mean

1. Lack of diverse burgers in the North Shelf
2. Inequality and social injustice of food options between stands
3. Talent retention policy and guidelines
4. Documented Health and Safety policy regarding fluid intake.
5. Gender Neutral toilets.
