I’m bang to rights. I’m not trying to make out the system is sneaky or anything like that.Never ceases to amaze me how being caught speeding illicits so much sympathy from so many. So much so in fact, that's it's invariably the fault of the 'sneaky' people who caught you in the act.
Speeding really has been normalised, hasn't it.
No surprises really I suppose, in a car centric culture.
The last 2-3 year have been the hardest of my life by some distance and that’s definitely a factor. I haven’t suddenly turned into a speeder randomly for no reason after 15+ years driving.
But as ol Potter would say, it is what it is.
