Outwith (although this is because of working with so many Scots folk now. I don't say outside anymore)
I hadn't come across this until I started working with some Scottish people a few months ago.

I was checking a report and had to look it up to make sure it's actually a word (which it is, obviously).

Entirely separately, I think "without" as in "within and without" should get an airing more often.

Outwith is a very old word. King James Bible old.

On another football note I have used the term 'inside right' to my son to a look of utter bewilderment.

I suspect smoking fags is quite old fashioned.

And I definitely 'tape' programmes on the Virgin TiVo.
