First word that came to my mind. I used to work with someone from Blackburn and we'd enjoy correcting each other whenever we said 'twitten' or 'ginnel'.Twitten.

Juggery-nut, that's what we called them.On my way to work one morning met a really large lorry on a very narrow road. It had stopped at a slightly wider point and the driver was trying to work out how he could get out of it. Got to work and complained about meeting a bloody juggernaut, two twenty somethings completely flummoxed, no clue what I was talking about.
