That's a bit like asking a Brexit voter for the Brexit benefit
How many times do I have to say:
We can eat bendy bananas without being thrown in prison, we can keep and use 3-pin plugs without being thrown in prison, we can use pounds and ounces without being thrown in prison.

Showing that reform are gaining new voters in comparison to UKIP

"This is the first time that a party other than Conservatives or Labour have been ahead in the projected national vote share calculation - and Reform's estimated 30% is well above the 23% that Ukip scored at the height of its popularity in 2013."

Quite remarkable when you look at this detail. Whatever your political persuasion it is astonishing for a Government that won a majority the size that it did to then get so few seats at the next council election. Struggling to remember something as bad as this happening to a new elected Government so quickly.
Looking at the figures, it is the Tories who have lost the most seats, down by 524.

This will be the most fascinating one yet. Kent’s adult social services are a mess. I am intrigued how this will get fixed by populism. This should be interesting.
See, what you do is simply close those services down completely and, voilà, there will be zero problems with Kent’s adult social services. Simples.

Labour's tally equals its lowest previous recorded performance in 2009, while the Conservative estimate is the party's lowest-ever recorded.

This is the first time that the combined share of the vote for Conservative and Labour has been below 50%, underlining, as I reported earlier, the fragmentation of British politics in these elections.

From a very high base (post Boris majority). Labour only getting 66 of nearly 1,300 seats declared so far is astonishing on the backdrop of their massive parliamentary majority. A total rejection of their policies to date.

Yet, it has already been pointed out that the Tories have lost the most seats.

I also note that the Tories have lost control of 11 councils whilst Labour have lost control of 0.

Still, if you are weak of mind and judgement, the right wing press will be only too happy to gaslight you into thinking the success of Reform has only negatively affected Labour.

I hate to be repetitive but what were the actual policies that sold Reform to you ?

Well they do know their target audience

You would have thought they may have given them some policies though for when awkward questions arise on social media. They can't keep running away, can they :dunce:

Relax Watford the boating season will soon be upon us
Your new friends are coming

Awkward policies?
You mean pursuing rape gangs for prosecution
Instead of prosecuting the very people that are trying to expose them

So you've decided to ignore all facts, laws etc and believed Stephen Yaxley-Lennon. Well he's certainly exposed someone :dunce:

Even your friend Nige and Reform haven't been stupid enough to go full Yaxley-Lennon ............. yet

He's already telling people who work for Durham council to get alternative careers if they want to work from home, or are against anti DEI policies. Very Trumpian.

So, so progressive..after all who wants clean air and a more inclusive society?

Free fags for all (actually only if you’re white n straight).

Anyone who followed the 2024 US Presidential Election campaign closely will be familiar with the electoral playbook on display here.

The same applies to those that have studied the 1932 Reichstag election campaign.

It's a staggering display from Reform who - let's remember - can still fit ALL of their Westminster MPs into the back of a taxi.
