lots of miserable looking Forest fans at M40 services this evening and a couple of folk with London marathon medals
Successfully appealed by Bournemouth and now rescinded.Have just caught up and seen the Evanilson sending off. For about the fourth time this week VAR are re-reffing the game and getting involved in subjective decisions that they have no business getting involved in. Exactly what Howard Webb keeps saying he doesn't want to do.
At least Muff dropped pointsSuccessfully appealed by Bournemouth and now rescinded.
Obviously as it benefits Plucky that's now a terrible decisionSuccessfully appealed by Bournemouth and now rescinded.
But it's a subjective decision.I think the problem was that VAR upgraded the card in the first place. No way was that a red imo.
Correct, it's subjective - so VAR shouldn't have got involved in the first place. But it's a subjective decision.
Plenty of opinions that it was a red.
Clear and obvious it wasn't.....
We shouldn't be rescinding VAR decisions unless it's a clanger.
The bloke slipped and fouled the player.Correct, it's subjective - so VAR shouldn't have got involved in the first place.
You say we shouldn't be rescinding VAR decisions unless it's a clanger - but this is a clanger, as VAR no business interfering.
Agree. It looked a red to me.But it's a subjective decision.

Solly March got a red card at (I think) Wolves a few years ago where he quite clearly slipped and took the opponent out as he went down. The bloke slipped and fouled the player.
Jamie Murphy at Bolton?Solly March got a red card at (I think) Wolves a few years ago where he quite clearly slipped and took the opponent out as he went down.
We appealed: the FA told us to poke it.
So forgive me for being a little annoyed that plucky old Bournemouth have weaselled their way out of this one.
Ah, so apart from getting entirely the wrong player against completely the wrong opponent, I was bang on
Some waif-like winger at a random northern ground - I knew exactly the incident you meant!Ah, so apart from getting entirely the wrong player against completely the wrong opponent, I was bang on![]()
Don’t normally do requests but………..Couldn't see a separate thread for this, but didn't want tonight's Forest v Brentford game to go under the NSC radar.
A home win and Forest getting back to winning ways would severely hamper Brentford in the race for 8th.
Let's have that then.
Sorry - my bad, as they say.Couldn't see a separate thread for this, but didn't want tonight's Forest v Brentford game to go under the NSC radar.
