Guessing everyone is pretty much awake now and yet still there are so many threads slagging off our players. Unbelievable entitlement. Seems many Brighton fans are becoming the premier league fans we used to hate!!
It's not that at all.We aren’t allowed to be pissed off we all must happy clap (apparently)
It's almost as if having a team of newbies and youngsters has made us a bit unpredictable. Which was entirely predictable.

Oddly I still enjoyed the day. What I try to remember (as an armchair fan these days) is that I haven’t dealt with a long journey (often involving the delights of British weekend public transport) an unsatisfactory pie that dripped down my sleeve rather than warmed my belly, and stood there freezing my arse off for more than 90 minutes in a corrugated tin shed while our bitterest rivals openly mocked our exit from the cup and beat us on the day, despite a two player deficit for part of the match.
In those circumstances, you have to allow those who attended the match at least a 72 hour window to work through the anger and frustration of their experience.
For those who like me are watching from afar, my personal belief is that it’s nothing you can’t largely get over with a good night’s sleep, but everyone’s different, and who am I to dictate how long anybody “should” take to process a loss?
It means more when you’re there in person, the connection is deeper. You also can’t legislate for a small number of idiots who believe we should have won the league by now, and will pour bile over players, management and club, and retrospectively tell us why the manager got the team selection wrong.

Yeah, I get that.Oddly I still enjoyed the day.
Going to an away game is still a great experience.
The result mattered more than any other away loss, of course, but it wasn't unexpected.
I'm still angrier about Sanchez gifting them an undeserved draw, than I am about losing twice to a very decent Palace team.
Conceivably yes, likely: NO CHANCEWe could conceivably win all 7
Thats how batshit crazy this whole campaign has been![]()
For once, it is more likely to be Palace that get asset stripped this summer.Never mind , we will be quids in when summer comes as Liverpool and Chelsea cherry pick our best players![]()
True, carry on like we have done for the last three games and we are going to be way down the list of clubs being cherry picked this summer. Every cloud….For once, it is more likely to be Palace that get asset stripped this summer.
What odds would you give me?Conceivably yes, likely: NO CHANCE
I am going to make a bet where I hope Albion lose? Not a f***ing chanceWhat odds would you give me?
Charity bet for Chestnut Tree House obviously.
I can see there being a bit of a bidding war for GuehiTrue, carry on like we have done for the last three games and we are going to be way down the list of clubs being cherry picked this summer
Thanks for the lecture although you will find no evidence of me flip flopping. The main reason I can’t get behind the manager is because we have no playing identity, from the preseason friendlies until 7 games to go what is it? We now appear to be hoofing 50% of the time playing a suicidal high line 30% of the time and 20% things look reasonably stable like away at Man City which was a very good performance. It's not that at all.
It's entirely normal, expected even, to be pissed off after the last week or so.
We had so much to look forward to - three mouthwatering fixtures that had the potential to really set us up for an incredible end to the season. Surely we couldn't lose them all, right?
Narrator: They lost them all.
Arguably our best-ever chance to lift a major trophy has gone, we've lost two key fixtures, including one to them, and our European ambitions have taken a blow. It's not a fatal blow though - we're still very much in the mix, just having to play a little bit of unwanted catch-up.
But there's a significant difference between being disappointed, pissed off and gutted and going what I'd suggest is completely over the top, calling for the manager's head at this point in time and consigning many of our players to the Jurgen Locadia memorial dustbin.
If you think Fabian Hurzeler is the wrong man for the job - that's entirely fair enough. But please don't wait for a disappointing defeat to come out with it - please make the point when we are winning week in, week out and beating some very, very good Premier League sides. Have the courage of your convictions regardless of the prevailing weather.
We haven't got any.Never mind , we will be quids in when summer comes as Liverpool and Chelsea cherry pick our best players![]()
There fan base and atmosphere will keep a lot of them there.Much more of a cauldron than our monastery stadium and fan base at home, which the players obviously think about.I can see there being a bit of a bidding war for Guehi
If Munoz's release clause is really £25m he will be snapped up.
I would be amazed if Mateta doesn't want a move this season.
They might be able to hold on to Wharton for another season.
I can't see anyone willing to pay what Parish will demand for him or Eze
I’m not sure recruiting works like that, otherwise Cashin wouldn’t be an Albion playerTrue, carry on like we have done for the last three games and we are going to be way down the list of clubs being cherry picked this summer. Every cloud….
Just wait until Easter Saturday, when we lose at Brentford.Uncle Tony 14/3/25:
He must be well pissed off.
