At times, you do say some very strange things: Vance is quite patently an utter sycophant and does what he's told. Sure he's got his 'ideology' and some think he's being groomed as successor, but really
sure he's being groomed as successor, so seems pretty unlikely that once President, he'd just step aside for VP Trump to take over.

I don't get your point. Vance can be the sycophant all the time he has his job due to Trump, but if Vance won an election, then he's POTUS, and it would be time for others to look up to him. It would make no sense for him to go back to being the lapdog when if he's king.

You really think after this 4 year fiasco, that any voters will go anywhere near voting any of their party members in again ?

Afraid so, they are completely brain washed and too stupid to see it. It's all the fault of immigrants and freeloading foreigners.

Yep, it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest.

Honestly, I could also see a situation where there actually WAS a rigged election (for the republicans) and they get away with it because everyone (House, Congress, SC, etc, etc) is on their 'side'. I haven't a clue how it could be done, but I could see it happening and Trump doing a Putin and staying in office until he dies.

I couldn't believe they'd want to vote for him this time, but they did. His supporters appear to be incapable of critical thinking or accepting they may have made a mistake. They'll blame anything that's wrong on foreigners and immigrants (as fly high said) or Biden, and anything they can't blame on those they'll pretend is fake news.

Meanwhile we need the Democrats to wake up sell an alternative to Trump supporters.

Same electorate that actually increased support for Trump despite everything that happened in the 4 years after he was legitamately removed from the White House? Absoluetly.

He can't run again however. He can't even be VP as he wouldn't be elligible to be President - which is a requirement. Not to say that he won't attempt it, but any scenario resulting in him being president beyond Jan 2029 would not be legitimate democracy.

Most important aspect : He'll be 83 in 2029.

Mad, because it's not like he's just started to be like that. He didn't give a shit about anyone last time he was in charge!
I am pretty sure that pre election he was definitely going to be the president of the people and and totally improve things for the working people of America.

If that isn't happening then I can only assume that Biden has somehow f***ed everything up.

You all clearly don't understand 4D underwater chess.

America needs brave people now more than ever.

Someone needs to stand up and say loudly that Trump is an enemy of democracy and needs to be stopped.

The world is looking to the U.S. to do the right thing. Now.
Wisconsin has an election for a Supreme Judge tomorrow.

You are asking people who live in a country that continuously voted for a Tory party that f***ed them over for 13 years*. Of course they will.

*Then a fair chunk of them chose to vote for the spiv who convinced them to f*** themselves over with self imposed economic sanctions.

Sadly, yes - look at the comments of Trump supporters on social media sites (Reddit especially); they are fanatical, and impervious to evidence, facts, logic or reason. To these headbangers, Trump can do no wrong - anything he says and does will be enthusiastically applauded if it means being nasty to Mexicans, federal employees, academics/students, media outlets other than Fox News, welfare recipients, and "owning the libs".

And any or all economic, political, and social problems/failures will be blamed on the usual suspects: 'the radical Left', 'enemies within', 'traitors', domestic 'terrorists', or other so-called random countries 'ganging-up' against the US of A.

And his supporters insisted that Biden was too old to be President at the age of 81.

But, of course, if he lives until 2029, Trump will boast that he is the fittest, most healthiest, and greatest 83-year-old the world has ever seen.

Well after Britain's own 8 year fiasco, Farage is still polling well so who knows.

But apparently the American electorate are more stupid than the British one, I've read it on here
