We played someone this season with a player who took long throws from one foot repeatedly and they didn’t even bother to stop that. Can’t remember which team. The two feet thing is important as it’s more difficult to achieve the same distance than when you’re effectively running.Well both feet must still be on the floor, but the trajectory of the ball always had to be "looped" IIRC.
Nowadays players can just hurl it down onto the turf. I always thought that was a foul throw back in the day, but it never seems to be picked upon these days.![]()
