As completely irrelevant as it is, he refused access to his phone by not giving Kent Police the pin number.
What should be more of interest is someone who owes £100,000 in libel damages has declared themselves bankrupt but still has the means to fly around Europe staying in expensive hotels.

Five names was arrested after having to give himself up to a police station after being directed by a judge on an unrelated charge.
Coincidentally, there is a demo in London which five names can't attend where everyone is free to bang on about his pin number.

The important point being bailed, but unfortunately there was another pressing matter which is why he ended up back in the UK and isn't making angry videos on twitter tonight with that odd jaw thing he appears to have developed.
He was arrested for an outstanding contempt of court charge that he escaped by using his muggy followers’ money to stay in five star pads in Europe with his Irish passport.Ok. Seems it was the PIN number after a quick google search.

To be fair Tommy is a journalist.
Such a good one that he IS the media now apparently.
The police have no right whatsoever to check his phone. Even if he is fleeing the country try to escape a contempt of court charge on an EU passport after campaigning relentlessly about UK citizens having EU passports.
Why he bothered to apply for one and not use his mates like last time is anyone's guess.
