[Albion] Apparently it's no longer safe at the Albion ?

In the usual pre-match emails I've received recently it says ,

All players will not stop to sign or pose for selfies when arriving or leaving the stadium – as it is no longer safe to do so.

My question to the Albion press office is,..

Why is it no longer safe at the Albion ? Is there something we should be made aware of ? This is supposed to be an anti - racism day and yet the email email I have just received from the Albion tells me it's not safe there - presumably that means we , the fans , are a threat to the players ?

So thanks Brighton for sprinkling a little bit of discrimination onto your own fans . What absolute plonkers. The Albion is one of the safest grounds in the country. Presumably the real reason is that the players want to control their own social media posts and content ?

Anyways ...
I guess one of your earlier posts was your "four against Newcastle" moment and now we have the Frome Town version? Oh - Bryan, BTW.

Think we’ve worked out who the plonker is…………

I felt I was in dangerous place today as I was attempting to get to my WSU seat when confronted by two coaches painted in red surrounded by screaming people with their phones pointing randomly towards those coaches. Madness.

Apparently there was one instance where after a game Karou spent 90 minutes doing selfies and autographs for fans. It’s getting ridiculous.
I think the players and club have been incredibly accommodating but the club have now had to draw a line.

As far as i know nothing, not seen anything, seems its been forgotten
Details were in the club's Pre-match Guide

'Autographs and selfies

All players will not stop to sign or pose for selfies when arriving or leaving the stadium – as it is no longer safe to do so.

Instead, we will be offering a number of spaces for our junior season-ticket holders and MyAlbion+ junior members at every home matchday to come to the stadium early for enhanced selfie and autograph opportunities with the squad, in a safe environment as the players arrive.

For more information, tap here. '

One weirdo literally followed solly (who was holding his new born) all the way to his car.

Correct decision by club.

Are you a headline writer for the Daily Mail? Only your post is on a par with their ability to turn a relative non-story into a sensationalist drama.

And, if you're looking for the 'Albion press office' NSC aint it...

How can you bring racism into that message from the club?

Seriously, why mention it. Plain weird on your part.

Think we should ease off a bit now. The OP has clearly made a fool of himself and has retreated to give his head a wobble.

Crazy post though

It was my fault. I accidentally left my bottle top on my drink as I approached them. Put down as a near miss.

Yes I had seen that back when it was issued but nothing further has been done since then, there has been no information of how young fans can apply

Oh FFS. It's been in every Pre-match Guide this season since the ban on middle-aged professional autograph scalpers was imposed. Young fans don't apply. They get selected at random by the club

Agree completely. People should just stop bouncing this thread now and let it disappear off the first page
