Have been a few rumours kicking around that he might be on the way out from there. Would be surprised but it's not the first mention of it for sure.

Despite being back from injury about Jan or something, Arsenal haven’t played him much at all since then, no sign of reintegrating him or anything. They also just bought Havertz who I think basically plays the same position.
I suspect he’s fallen out with Arteta and he is for sale, they said the same about Tierney (he was part of their plans) and he went on loan 3 days later.

I'd have thought the priorities would be on defence - and protecting the defence - rather than more attacking players, but if he's what the club wants and a deal can be struck, so be it.
