If he goes, then RDZ goes there.
Fortunately, I'd be a surprised that it isn't a WUM
On a serious note, if there is one thing we can rely on, it is that Tony Bloom will have an upgrade at lower cost, waiting to take the reins.

And if he hasn't videoed all the RDZ training sessions for future reference, I would like to know why.

Well that post-match coverage was some of the weirdest shit I’ve seen.

Inter got 3rd because they don't cheat anything like as regularly as your shameful bunch of cheating tossers.
?

Napoli and Lazio are the teams above them, I don't know what you're talking about.

Mate they are levels above Inter.
During the whole season? Yes. In this match? Not really, it was more of a game of margins.

Sour grapes because inter won it more times than Juventus ?
Not sour grapes at all, they're quite sweet; I made my intentions clear before the match and I'm thoroughly enjoying the result, as are all other Juventini and Milanisti. I also know that we would have definitely suffered a worse result than Inter had we been the ones playing in this match against City.

I'm simply analyzing what I saw and saying that City didn't look great in this match, which I think most City fans and players would agree with. By all pre-match predictions Inter shouldn't even have gotten all the chances they had to make it level, but such are cup finals and it made it a bit funnier for us rivals to watch. A complete smashing would have been quite boring.

And if you think this is cruel, well, they're very bitter rivals of ours and they didn't have any qualms when we recently lost it in 2015 and 2017, so it's to be expected (and they all did know it was coming if they'd lost.) I'm sure United and Liverpool fans would have done similarly if City had lost.

Commentators need to calm down instead of going into frenzy mode especially the awful Robbie Savage.Really spoils watching.

Well done City. What a way to celebrate the second anniversary of a court overturning their ban for cheating on a technicality. Wonderful night for everyone who loves the game.

The perfect answer to the bemusement of some City fans' confusion at the wider football world's lack of enthusiasm for the current best team in the world.

Still just 'meh'

Tonight's match was more like a game of chess and City seemed a little under par. However, I watch European football intensely (I'm the embarrassed Lazio fan, who can't marry his liking for them with their fascist connections, and have only recently realised where my sub conscious loathing of Roma comes from) and City are a generational team who are a step ahead at the moment. The semi-final against Real Madrid is more of a benchmark.

Despite Inter coming so close, and unfortunate, I just couldn't envisage them winning tonight. I don't think I've felt that about an English team in a final since, well, forever. The Liverpool team of the late 70s and early 80s never breezed their way through a European Cup. City were unbeaten this year.

It may well be Newcastle United's turn in two or three years. Back in the 2000s I foresaw a brief period of English dominance in Europe which came to pass in part. For a few years I think we are looking at this again. Of course the term 'English dominance' is an idiom. It's not really English dominance as much as it is that of the petro dollar.

Anyway, to whom do we owe the pleasure of your presence on this forum ? Is it a De Zerbi thing ?

Yes, I agree. I was talking about the match, not about the whole season or the team in general.

As for me, yes I explained it a bit when I first posted on here but I sometimes keep tabs about Italians in the PL, and De Zerbi was getting a lot of good press here in Italy about his Brighton adventure; so I decided to take a closer look and watch some matches and here I am. I'm not a Brighton supporter like you guys but you're definitely the team I most want to do well in the PL. I'm not the only one either, lost of Italians are following De Zerbi's progress and there's always one or two Italian comments under Albion videos.

Lazio have a lot of alright fans who are embarrassed/angry about their fascist ultras group

Well I for one have been fascinated by your insightful comments on here.
It’s good to hear from other football fans
Well, maybe not P*l*ce, Leeds or Burnley 😃

Was that Steve McManaman with the very excitable verbal diarrhoea commentary?

Said it before but I long for the days when football commentators commentated and did not show enormous bias to one team or the other.

A couple of those saves were brilliant and outrageous to stop Inter getting back into it

I was disappointed to see Italy lose to Abu Dhabi. I wonder if the treble will make bringing City to task for financial shenanigans more or less likely

As said on Football Weekly:-

'City have always wanted everyone else to love them, and cannot for the life of them work out why we don't.
At least Newcastle have the good grace to not care'.
