If we play the same team v Wolves we will lose, simple as that,Pascal as good as he is simply can't be expected to play in that position again, the holes Dunk left in the middle trying to cover for Pascal will have been duly noted and exploited by Wolves,or anyone else that watched the Forest match.

I'm not digging Gross out at all but we need Veltman back or even Offiah to fill that position and move Pascal into his favoured position,I think Forest had at least 3 huge chances they missed and we don't usually afford teams those with Veltman playing as Dunk dosent have to cover as much for him.

I reckon we will really go for this one because a point doesn't really help us that much I'd love to see Ferguson back, even on the bench he'll give us a much needed option,I'm afraid I'm getting a bit frustrated with Undav,he just seems a bit lost when I watch him, he's actually better slightly further back linking play up rather than a target man or instinct finisher,at present the only thing he's doing is stopping Moran getting some minutes and without wishing to sound unkind to Undav I doubt very much Moran could be any worse ? Is that harsh? I don't know but I hate myself for digging a player out but he really does need to improve massively or he's a gonner,RDZ was literally pulling his hair out at some of the ridiculous blind flicks Undav tried.

I'd love it if he shoved this right down my throat and pulled his finger out but I can't see me gagging on my words tbh.

If you want Europa rather than the much less prestigious Europa Conference then I think it is a must win.
I know you’ve said this a few times but I’m not getting hung up on this. Look at Roma when they won it - Europe is Europe for us… 7th would be lovely.

Yep must win for me. On per the easiest game left (other than Southampton at home). Wolves have very little to play for, Southampton will be down by the time we play them.
Everton looking extremely ropey and low in confidence despite supposedly fighting for their lives.

It is still too early to write off the game as “ must win or else” so much depends on others and who wins what ,at the top. Just got to keep playing
Exactly this, if we draw we may be saying 2 points dropped, But the important thing is we keep playing disco football and remain supremely confident

It feels like it's a must win not because of the bigger picture but just to get the belief back in the players and fans after the last week

One game at a time. If the fans get nervy, it translates to the pitch.

It's hardly break if we finish 8th. We still have a record number of points this season and reached a semi final.
This, one Sunday Wednesday game and the squad looked tired are we sure we want Europa league or whatever it might be. We would need to keep this squad and add three or four quality players to it.

Everyone thought Dyche was the man to save them he really isn’t. That old hoof style is easy to play against Everton look like a plucky championship side.

It’s a lack of quality issue for me (Clive). Mykolenko, Keane and especially Godfrey have all been dreadful. Then they’ve got nothing up front, Calvert-Lewin has legs made of balsa wood and can’t be counted on. This leaves them with a rapidly regressing Maupay (2 goals in 25 appearances) or Simms (1 goal in 10 appearances).

Their midfield is painfully slow and mediocre. McNeil makes Groß look like Usain Bolt, Tom Davies is a Championship midfielder and would be nowhere near our squad. They sold their talisman Richarlison and spent very poorly.

And to cap it all off, they’re paying through the nose for a group of disinterested, below average players. Their wage bill is enormous and they’ve got the likes of Michael Keane on a reported £70k (!!!) per week.

There is a good reason Bielsa didn’t want to take over until the summer, Guardiola wouldn’t be able to get a tune out of that lot.

One of the worst run clubs in the country and their squad is absolutely shocking. Dyche is on a hiding to nothing.

Surprised Maupay hasn't thrived now he's moved to a proper big club....🤔

I think the last eight matches could be season defining.
Totally agree. And the Wolves match is even more season-defininger than all the of the rest of them. Until the next one. That will then be season defininger than Wolves, but not as much as the remaining ones. Maybe.

Looking at our recent schedule and injuries I don't think a draw will be too bad , considering Wolves are one of the Kings of rolling about faking injury to time waste.

All the time we are in touching distance of 5th/6th with these games in hand we have a decent chance. If we can average two points per game we'll take 6th or 7th I reckon.

Wolves are just ahead on recent form suggesting a close match. The points matter far more than performance. I woukd take a dull 1-0 win with a shot off the refs backside. Tough games coming up. Need to get Welbeck and Ferguson fully match fit to face even tougher opposition. I think we'll beat wolves, just!
