The sort of game that has some of us chain smoking, some clutching their chests as anxiety grips us and some just with our head in our hands - why do we put ourselves through it!? Once the Bees were 3-2 up, all they had to do was park the bus which they did very effectively and it became a mare to try penetrate through the middle - we had the run of play throughout so we deserved the 3rd goal equaliser but shouldn’t have needed a pen to take a point against a team we clearly outplayed - 2 dropped points largely as a result of poor finishing but still games in hand thankfully.

At least head injured Fulham got beaten by Bournemouth 🙂

Gutted not to get the 3 points but given the soft goals let in we showed a lot of heart (balls) to take the point. Stressful as hell but a lot of fun to watch.

How many keepers did Brentford have today? Missed Websters aerial presence. Could Brentford beat Palace to be our main rivals now?

What a shocking waste of opportunities. I've said it before and I'll say it again, RDZ needs to take 'em all off-line for a while and have them all practice shooting for goal ad infinitum!

Not just poor finishing, also poor defending.
Some awful stuff for their goals.
Both Dunk and Colwill guilty of errors and seriously missed chances to score.

How many games over the last three months could we have won by maybe 5 or 6?

A bit disappointed. I am looking at 4th spot. Completely dominating Brentford, Palace away, and the Fulham home game which we some how managed to lose.
These points lost may end the impossible dream.

Also that second handball has to be given. Clearly his arm was extended, clearly in the box. Unlucky on Hickey but it has to be given.

Fed up with trains. Sick of the rain.
Phew. Should have won comfortably. Ended up dodging a bullet.

Defence looked like they had been introduced to each other over ale and a pie half an hour before the game. I imagine De Zerbi will have some suitable advice.

Key to our run in May well be a fit and firing Ferguson.
