You need to create an online account for them on the ticket site, then log in as them. You'll need a different e-mail address to the one you have registered for this as you need to validate the link they send to it.

I had to do exactly this myself yesterday!
Unfortunately got the same response as indie3050. Pain in the arse and no mistake. I wonder if you need to be over 18 to set up an online account?

I don’t fancy my chances as I didn’t renew last season and am down to 167 for points. If I don’t make it … oh well.

Man City didn’t take up much of their allocation. They’re so used to going to Wembley, many of them didn’t bother with a mere semi final.
I asked a few of their supporters after the game if they thought they could sell all their tickets for the final………… How they laughed.

Nope, my daughter is 13 and I set one up for her. Are you using a different e-mail address, or possibly one that may be registered to another account?

Tried again with kid number 2, same thing. Shouldn’t be this hard…
Each account needs to have a unique e-mail address for login.

edit - apologies to S'hampton Seagull who got in before me...

I get this and it’s not the email, I have several, it’s the fan number that’s throwing up the error. I’ll just wait till Monday and hope they are the same as me (window 1)

Ah ok. How annoying. I have nothing else to add, other than if you mostly go to games together then it stands to reason that your kids will have a similar points count to yourself. Mine certainly have.

Not mine, an annual treat to the Amex usually does it.

If it's any consolation an ex-colleague of mine and his brother are both lifelong ManU fans, Brighton born and bred, and MyAlbion+ members (just so they can get tickets at the Amex). He messaged me today to say they would both be buying tickets and would also be getting them for four others, also ManU.
So, while you're watching on the telly, he'll be there in the BHA end.
Fair enough giving STH the opportunity to buy guest tickets but what about those who have attended several games ? They may have spent more and supported the club more, than a MA+ guest.

Agree but surely they could just befriend an ST holder, there’s enough of them on here…

Does anyone know if it’s permissible to buy an adult ticket on a child ST fan number?
I think the trip is too much for my 4 year old but would like to use it for a guest.
At the Amex, you can upgrade the seat to adult 5 times per year, but not for away games. Wondering if it’s allowed for this game due to high allocation?

as child tickets cost less I would think it extremely unlikely you will gin entry as an Adult with a child ticket - probably like Amex different colours and warning lights sirens triggering all over North London if you attempt this - please don't it might sound like an air raid siren.

Can anyone say what the latest time of the day they were able to purchase tickets as there is no notice of when the system closes each day. Thanks

I don’t want to bring an adult using a child ticket, I want to buy an adult ticket using my sons fan number as he is in the season ticket priority window
