The 10 refers to purchases in one transaction.

I think you will only be able to buy 2 when you log in to purchase for guests if you've already purchased your own. It may be possible to allocate them to another STH, though, in which case you could again get up to 10 in that transaction (2 each for 5 STH).
I thought in say window 4 STH you can ONLY get STH 1 per STH no guests?

I was answering regading purchasing for guests. If you have already bought your own, you can go in on the relevant date and buy 2 guest tickets per STH.

In the original windows, you can only buy for those who are already eligible, i.e. in STH Window 3, for STH in priority levels 1-3.

If you haven't bought your own when it gets to the guests window, you can then buy 3 per eligible STH, up to a maximium of 10.

Why can't purchase history fans buy tickets. Me and my son have been to 6 home games and 2 away games this season.
I'm sure that anyone who wants a ticket will get one.

As for the final, that will be a different matter....(here's hoping)
I'm not convinced. I'm in the same situation myself (don't get to games very often, not a STH or MyAlbion+ member) and of course those who are should get priority over me. But I'm a bit miffed that purchase history isn't in there before guests (or anywhere at all, apparently).

On the subject of Club Wembley and potential empty seats, aren’t the owners of these able to put them up for resale?

I can’t imagine that there was much demand for them in 2019 with City not selling out and us just about selling out. Reckon it’ll be different this time with Man U having much bigger support, and our Japanese augmented support.

and I believe you can buy up to 10 guests is that correct or if you buy say 3 of you STH in window earlier later when reach guest window only 7 (i.e. already bought 2 so 10-3 equals 7) or 10?
Nope, think it’s 2 guests per STH. 10 tickets in 1 transaction.

I think they close it about 15 minutes before the next window opens.
This is so that people can't 'save' tickets for people who are going to be able to buy in that next window.

My daughters are Albion+ under 18 members with little purchase history. But I can't log in as them to see when their priority is, I assume 3 and Tuesday morning. But I can't even check if their membership is updated and no one will answer the phones for enquiries until the last ticket is sold. Anyone have a clue as to how I check?

I am in a similar situation. I renewed both kids Albion + memberships at the same time as mine back in the summer. I usually buy their match tickets through my account as they are on my friends and family. I can log in and see I’m Albion + priority window 1 but I can’t see them, or log in as them as they are kids U18, they don’t have their own accounts. Anybody have any suggestions?

You need to create an online account for them on the ticket site, then log in as them. You'll need a different e-mail address to the one you have registered for this as you need to validate the link they send to it.

I had to do exactly this myself yesterday!

I tried this myself this afternoon but it keeps telling me that the fan number is not recognised when it comes to linking it all together. The fan number is correct…

Log in at the start of each Albion+ window and try to buy tickets in their names?
Once you get to their window you'll get tickets.
Sorry, only suggestion I can come up with.

Had similar with my kids who have season tickets. You have to create an email address for them in order to then create an individual Albion digital account for each. Then you can log in and administer their account on their behalf. Bit of a ball ache that you can’t link to a parent account. But once all set up works fine.

Keep trying to buy as soon as each A+ priority window opens?
