Graham is a manager who needs a pre-season to get the most out of his ideas. The players need to know and understand each other on and off the pitch to be able to play the fluid and mobile way he wants his teams to play. They need to go and get drunk together, do some teambuilding, work with ideas in a calm environment.
If Graham can survive the season in Chelsea, they will be very strong with GP in charge next year. But I struggle to see him remain in the job for more than another few weeks. After that I think he'll have a long, nice vacation and come back stronger and take charge of some "fallen giant" like Aston Villa, West Ham or similar.
