De Zerbi has been starting Ferguson over Welbeck.
He hasn't really. Welbeck was injured in the friendly against Villa in December. He missed the first three league games after the Boxing Day restart. During this time De Zerbi picked Trossard against So't'on and Arsenal and then, after Ferguson. scored from the bench in the Arsenal game, he picked Ferguson against Everton. Welbeck was back on the bench for the Middlesbrough and Liverpool games, coming on for Ferguson in both and scoring in the latter. He was then considered ready to start and has been picked in the last two games, once instead of Ferguson and once alongside him after Lallana's injury. I don't think that RDZ has any qualms over starting Ferguson, but I don't think he has picked him over a ready to start Danny Welbeck. If Ferguson is fit, he might pick both again this weekend. I'd prefer to see him give Gilmour a chance to start in as one of a central three with Gross and Caicedo. If he does this, I think he'll pick Welbeck as the starting striker, even if Ferguson is fit.

If memory serves me correctly I’m sure Non-Doctor was the brand name for a (ahem!) massage appliance. Now commonly called a dildo. So you describing the poster as either a tool or a rubber knob is rather apt.

As advertised in the back pages of that fine 1970s art magazine, Fiesta ??? ?

I knew someone would get the reference :lolol:

If thats correct, which i assume it is, then we've got no issues on this injury. Even the slightest injury and he would be under orders to be at home resting. Not out in the cold being a ball boy. Likely he's out of training for days or a week at most as a precaution.

Didn’t see him there personally…..and not sure where there is any fence to jump over to retrieve a ball unless you’re playing - the fences surrounding the ground are 6-7ft high at least, and netting up to 20ft+ to keep balls out of the NIMBYs gardens (I my have a couple of Isthmian League specials in the shed retrieved from the woods). That said, I was chatting to a mate and eating some of BHTFCs excellent chips (£3) so might have missed it
