Unfortunately, this happens on here as it does, to a much greater extent, on twitter. Like-minded folks with a history of favourable online interactions will gang-tackle a newbie who "steps out of line". Really, it's just done for amusement.
I've no idea whether he's a Brighton lurker or an Arse interloper.
Take note @Guinness Boy

WTF! Have you seriously banned him for standing his ground after being accused of being an Arse interloper?
This is very bad form indeed.
Not sure you have read the whole thread.

Odd that someone that is a “lurker” decided to suddenly start posting to say an Albion fan is “crying” because he wanted to discuss Arsenal fans in home stands.
Also accused Albion fans of casual racism.
Another post insulting Albion fans.

Probably a second account on a wind up when drinking too much

I have indeed read the whole thread. What I saw was robust exchanges of views and mild insults on both sides of the discussion.

No, you regulars need to hear this. Going around accusing good fans of being trolls, palace etc just because it’s not in line with this gang culture you have going on. It’s outrageous and I don’t know you lot get away with it- we’ll actually I do. That’s clear.
Why have you quoted my “drinking is dangerous” post to Peacehaven Wild Kids?
This has nothing to do with your comment.

Club needs to put a stop to this crap , arse fans are about as obnoxious as fans come , but given their current lofty heights they`re unbearable gobshites .

I struggle to understand that if someone starts a thread like this one and plenty of fellow Albion are interested and join in why do people like him want to get involved and try and tell us we are “crying”
If the thread isn’t for him why bother?
Just seemed the type on a wind up and trying to derail the thread.

A guy in a brighton scarf and hat dropped his phone as he walked through the North stand concourse. I picked it up, caught him up and patted him on the shoulder to hand his phone back. As I did this I noticed the arsenal badge as his lock screen on his phone.

I'll pretend I didn't see that I say, jeee thaaaankyouu soo much he replied in some horrible American drawl.

A brighton clad, arsenal supporting yank tourist How thoroughly premier league.

There was one, back row of the NW corner. Kept going over to people making sarcy comments whenever someone said anything about an Arsenal player. Was told in no uncertain terms where to go if he didn't like it. Never came back in the 2nd half.
I do wonder if these Arsenal fans think we are a soft touch, I bet this idiot wouldn’t be so cocky at Tottenham or Chelsea

I didn't go last night but I'm pretty stunned at how bad this sounds. Back in the day if one away fan started giving it the biggun in the home end they would get a slap and rightfully so. Feels pretty cringe worthy that 'arsenal' fans who sound like they're from Sussex are celebrating in the home end.

Last night has really wound me up. I don't mind shipping 4 goals Vs a man city but arsenal, nahhh this is a team we normally beat!! Beginning to get an irrational hatred for the gunners. Especially as they have some of the worst fans around
OBE for services to himself would ban anyone for life for doing what should be done to oppo fans taking the piss in the home stands.

That is the real problem, far too keen to hammer albion fans.

Is it naive to expect some sort of stewarding the the family stand?

Last night, we had two Arsenal fans (grrr) in front of us blatently vaping throughout the entire match. You could have seen it from 50m away, I reckon.

And before the World Cup, in the same seats, we had two coked-up twats being utterly obnoxious.

You'd think tickets in the section would be reserved for families. But, no, re-sale tickets can seemingly be bought by anyone.

With all the CCTV and how "family friendly" focused this club is, no one is going to be stupid enough to do anything about them though.

It's a shame the game wasn't tighter, I'm sure there would have been some flailing arms had we scored a more meaningful goal..

Lovely, thanks for asking. Watched the match (no Arsenal fans anywhere near our living room), venison for dinner, some lovely non alcoholic gin cocktails then an early night as not much interest in NYE. Also, I needed my beauty sleep so I could be fit and ready to take on this feisty thread.

Ps I said you weren’t a Palace fan. Happy New Year.

That's not what I read at all.
He posted
Surely if its one or two people in your vicinity they get put in their place, which it sounds like happened. Why have a cry on here about it. If we had won then I doubt this thread would exist.
Hi, very long time viewer and refused to ever get involved in the Forum.
and received several replies, one of which from Guinness Boy was "good evening Mr Gooner", so Guinness Boy was the fire-starter.
