And have you seen him since - don't seem to have heard from him much.
I actually think that's to his credit.

We heard way too much from Truss, usually whilst she was defending taking a barbed wire dildo to the economy. Johnson was in the news for all the wrong reasons, relentlessly.

I don't trust him but Sunak being relatively anonymous might mean he's just got his head down and is concentrating on the job.

Gods country fortnightly
In a couple of years time, it'll be the unions.
Its a myth pedalling by right wing newspaper owners that can see their non-dom status will soon be toast. Enough them telling us what we should to think from the Channel Islands, Bermuda and Monaco

I mus have missed something. I thought the country was run by the media and big business. Oh, and Chelsea.

Christ, that’ll be awful. Strikes every five minutes in every sector, huge pay increases, rubbish rotting in the streets, immigrants landing on beaches unopposed. I can’t imagine it.

Unless I've missed something it's the dregs of Johnson's Brexit cabal, playing musical deckchairs on the Titanic, with a rotting lettuce setting strategy, isn't it ?

'Who is actually running the country?'. Bit of a redundant question isn't it?

When a country is as well run as this one is, all that is required is a gentle nudge of the rudder now and again with a sunkissed toe, to keep everything on track.

I do struggle a bit with the anti-union narrative from a purely ethical perspective although I appreciate some of the individuals heading up these organisations can be polarising. Unions however have existed and continue to exist to prevent the exploitation of their members. I think that's a pretty noble thing.
you are right, the sort of thing you might think your MP may like to take an interest in

The current government are a pitiful collection of racists, shysters, bullies, sexual predators and idiots. Their one unifying policy is just to stay on in office for as long as possible and hope something turns up. Just at this time of year it gets darker and colder until the Solstice, so this country spirals further down the drain before the next government arrives.

It might take three parliaments to put right the huge damage done to our culture, our democracy and our society .
