I suggest you forward your financial advice to billionaire Tony Bloom so that we wont have these things happening any more..

Why ? I’m just giving my opinion on a BHA football forum to BHA fans. I don’t give a shit about what the owner thinks about my opinion and he doesn’t much care what my opinion is. It’s all good..

Get with the program. He's a billionaire, therefore he can NEVER be wrong about anything.

We must all know our place.

If you want to trump Wolf Hall, you need the might of Barry Shitpeas. One of my favourite TV reviews.

Barry Shitpeas, almost Tuckerism legend

"All they did is watch people sweep up, and poke cobwebs, and read books. There was no WiFi, not even Buckeroo" :lolol:

I was pretty firm in my view that selling Burn was OK business and we'd be OK without him. But I think we've now made a huge mistake - if Bloom wanted to cash in to balance the books, I guess we can't really argue but from a footballing perspective it is terrible business.

I also think the club are not expecting Webster back until possibly Liverpool or Man City - but Norwich on 2nd April more likely to further compound our defensive problems.

In the short term? Maybe. But it's the long term that will be most important.

not sure how the Dunk/Duffy partnership has been written off by Potter when a few months ago we were top 5 for defence in the PL ....i find it hard to believe that the selling of Dan Burn has resulted in our current loss of any idea of how to win a game of football .....it just hasn't.

One of the first things Potter did when he arrived was to bring in Adam Webster to make sure he had an alternative to the Dunk'n'Duffy set up. Believe it or not, the selling of BDB has contributed to our recent woes - we're short of cover at CB. We now have four players to cover three positions, and sometimes only two of the four have been available - it was definately a risky gamble selling one fifth of our CB options.
Selling Burn won't see us relegated this season; it may well, however, cost us our coveted top ten position.

i think Graham may have to play with what he's got , offence is the best form of defence and we have gone out and put in a couple of witheringly underwhelming performances , the latter in front of a decent crowd (in numbers) against a direct opponent for mid table glory .......at the moment i'm thinking Tony and Graham are thinking to ride this season out , get all our loanees back in , take stock and go again next season......there really isn't a lot left to play for unless we don't lift our game in which case we''ll be in a relegation ruck before we know it.

Yes, I think that is the best we can hope for. Will be fascinating to see which of our loanees around the Championship and Europe will push us onwards and upwards next season. Or - in a worst case scenario - will turn out to be only Chanpionship level anyway.
Hope the last bit doesn't turn to be the case!

There is a lot more than £13m at stake finishing 9/10 which on current displays looks doubtful. Newcastle will probably finish above us at this rate which will be a f..king embarrassment.
