Worthing
Yes, caught the train from Fenchurch street with GD and a load of others didn"t see any Southend untill after the game when the OB kept them back by a pub just up from the ground

Was this the game with the wheelie bin being thrown down the terrace and Brighton going across the segregated area ?

DF

No, the Wheelie bin game was Mickey Adams era.

The one I was referring to was the year we got promoted from the old third div under Barry Lloyd

17 year old Southend United stabbed by an Albion fan.

Proud of that are you ? You're on your own if you are. It's 2021 now, we've all grown up and moved on.

Have you never noticed that virtually no-one has any positive engagement with you on here ? You're like the bloke in the corner of the pub mumbling incoherently about tedious subjects that people stare blankly at and try and ignore.

What were you doing in Southend anyway ? Weren't Man United playing that day ?

Probably because their chairman hasn't been chasing an increasingly unrealistic pipe dream for 20-odd years, which would only benefit his family, whilst wilfully neglecting the club itself.
