Yes, I agree. I heard a theory that this is not about humdrum life before meeting a lover - but rather humdrum life before coming face to face with the grim reaper. So I think of the song like that.
Trevor's post reminded me of just how good Garbage were/are and Shirley Manson has to be one of the best/sexiest female leads of all time.
