Or maybe because Fulham were extremely good at stopping us playing our game? They seem to be getting very little credit on here with people preferring to dig out Potter and most of the players.

Funny isn’t it, it’s more than likely the same people moaning that we don’t get credit when teams play “badly” against us, yet can’t seem to recognise or give credit to the opposition when they outplay / outthink us.

Welbeck is quick. Not like when he was 20, doesn't have the same acceleration any more, but over a longer run any defender will struggle to keep up with him.

Ferguson is not particularly quick.

I think Welbeck was clocked as being the fastest EPL player a few weekends ago. But as Swanny suggests, that’s top end speed, not acceleration.
