...and sharpish.

1. He is God.
2. It makes GG droppable.
3. Would show Bridcutt how valued he is and could help persuade him to stay.
4. He is more probably more liked and respected by the other players than GG.
5. He is God.
6. He is God.

Said it months ago innit. If it keeps him here an extra 6 months even, it's worth it.

I see us bringing in another centre back either in Jan or in summer anyhow.

I think GG should remain captain. Next year I'd definitely consider it depending on which league we are in.

What are you basing this on? Haven't see any issues between the players and GG

Greer berating others for his own mistakes resulting in goals? Happened a few times...

I agree but will put too much pressure on him? He's still young.

Not vocal enough and the job he does requires enough concentration without getting sidetracked by captain duties.

This. I want Super Tom to be made captain so he can bollock the defenders when it is generally their fault.

Doesn't mean they dislike him, Captains got to have authority, most of us on here mock him for that.
I think he's very well respected, and should be respected from us as well, 100th league appearance V Derby.

Definately not.
He is the best player at the club, but dont add the captaincy burden, let him carry on as he is.

This.

Althought to be honest, I can't really see many other stand out characters.....

1. Don't burden him with the captaincy, it's not in his nature and would weaken his game
2. If Gus wanted to drop Greer then he would
3. Could but if he wants to leave then it will have minimal affect
4. Wild guess
5. See 1.
6. See 1.
