Is that the one on the upper Shoreham road opposite Southlands Hospital? Not been in any uncle sams for years, the last was the one along London road when I was going to Brighton College of Technology.

yeah, NSCs very own Fluffster works there (or at least used too)

I may have to go in there sometime, its not far from where I live, I have lived in Shoreham 6 years and not been in there once.

if Fluffster still works there prehaps a free meal would be nice:D

We had an Uncle Sam's thread on here not that long ago, or at least a Subway thread that got hijacked mid-thread, & somebody posted the full list of branches of the world's best burger chain. Now if only that pesky Search facility were not disabled...

Yes, yes it was. Ten posts about everyone's favourite Subway Sandwich followed by about five hundred posts on everyone's favourite Uncle Sam's

Been shut for a couple of years now. Bit of a bummer for punters going back to the station from Goodwood Races.

Actually, the more you think about it, the more the bloke wot owns Uncle sam's must be a complete and utter KNOB for closing up shop all over the place. Couldn't NSC all just chip in and buy the company as a going concern and establish world domination over MacDonald's and Burger King? With all profits going to the Alive & Kicking Fund. Obviously.

There was one in Kemp Town opposite a pub (who's name escapes me) was also called Sampson's before or after being called Uncle Sam's . Long time ago late 70's?

The whole chain is franchised so get in touch with them if you reckon you can do better than they are doing at the mo

I've tried most of them and the very first and original one in Montpelier Road always seems to be the most tasty for some reason.
