He won't be sacked.

He's doing the thing he does every single transfer window; he threatens to leave unless the board give him more money. It usually works.

No good him coming to Albion he'd be gone the next day :lolol:

Please let Billy Davies get the job, 2 of the things I most hate in football together, think of the unadulterated joy when they are relegated

Hurst Green
Might not like his style of football or indeed the bloke himself (though he appears OK when interviewed) but he is one of the best at what he does. he keeps unfashionable teams comfortably in the Premiership. And the nigels have let him go, oh dear.

Lennon indicated the restrained budget at Celtic meant he/they couldn't progress, hence his resignation.
Although CP have PL income, their lack of use of it not to Pulis's liking, might put Lennon off.

Moyes is out of work?

What a crazy situation for them to be in! However if it is a case that Pulis was asking for a lot more money and maybe players out of reach financially, then kudos to Palace in saying "no". Even with all their PL money, you don't want to end up in too much debt. However it does probably mean they'll be relegated unless they get lucky again with the new appointment.

I feel for the selhurst handyman. He's now going to have to move the sponsors backdrop back down again.

Can't believe parish has let this happen. Just confirms what a complete tw@t the man is. Palace surely now favourites for the drop.
After the last 3 weeks finally something to smile about. Actually piss myself, bloody brilliant

Abort, retry, fail
That's a colossal cock up by the board to lose their manager on the eve of the big kick off.

Aside from that, are managers interested in the future of the club they manage? Pulis knows he will pick up work easily. He's bagged a load of cash in the last few months and will not damage his reputation one bit.

Kudos to Parrish, if he wanted to rein in the spending, but they could have worked that out between them weeks ago.

Is this a record for an early departure ? Pulis leaves 2 days before Palace play a resurgent Arsenal.....could be a cricket score.
